Answere. The graph shows the number of mobile phone users in Bangladesh from 1998 to 2011. In the graph, we can see that from 1998 to 2005, the growth rate of mobile phone users was not so high. In 1998, 2000 and 2003, the number was 0.0241 million, 0.0283 million and 0.1365million respectively. From 2005, the number increased drastically, and it became 3.43 million in 2007, which was 0.9 million in 2005. The highest growth rate is found between 2009 and 2011. The number of mobile phone users, which was 5.04 million in 2009, dramatically rose to 8.5 million in 2011. So, from the graph, we can say that Bangladesh is technologically advancing with the passage of time.
